- For 26 years Miss Viola Bell the Senior Mistress at Matamata College was our Society’s president. She directed 20 three-act plays beginning with “Mr Pim Passes By” in 1947.
And so we take great pleasure in re-visiting the first full length play presented by the Society all these years ago. We will give you an insight into the audition process for a repeat performance of Mr Pim Passes Byi. So get comfortable, be tolerant and enjoy extracts from a play written in 1919 by A A Milne of Winnie The Pooh Fame.
